ADA Join and Renew Journey Enhancement
About this simulation
This review environment is designed to help ADA teams examine proposed improvements to the join, renew, and membership billing journeys before project requirements or implementation decisions are formalized.
The demonstration is informed by stakeholder feedback, state dental society input, Fishtank recommendations, current My ADA/Fonteva behavior, 2026 WA pilot package information, and the UI tools currently available within our production environment.
Its purpose is to bring that information together into one concrete experience the team can review together. Use the controls above to choose a member scenario, then review the portal as if that member has just signed in.
This simulation is not a substitute for requirements, SME review, or technical feasibility review. It is a planning tool intended to support early conversations, test ideas and adjustments, and create a clearer path toward a formal plan.
The goal is to make better decisions from a shared working model instead of relying on scattered assumptions. By reviewing realistic scenarios before implementation decisions are finalized, the team can identify content gaps, routing issues, business-rule questions, and stakeholder concerns while changes are still inexpensive to make and experimentation is still flexible.
Feedback from this review will be grouped into follow-up work, open decisions, and technical feasibility questions.
How to review
Recommended review method:
- Keep Simulation Setup open in one browser tab.
- Open the My ADA homepage in another tab.
- Choose a scenario and click Save scenario.
- Return to the My ADA tab and click the ADA logo to restart from the portal homepage.
- Review the flow from the member's point of view.
- Use Team feedback to record comments, questions, or corrections.
The Save scenario and go to My ADA button also works, but it replaces this setup page in the current tab. The two-tab method is usually faster for repeated scenario testing.
